End to end program and venue management, registration, housing, F&B, space planning & logistics, supplier coordination and vendor management; consolidating multiple events into a single new program

Services Included:

Project plan development and implementation, registration tool creation, housing management for multiple properties, non-hotel venue execution, VIP/Executive Care support and ground transfers, all logistic elements, vendor management across multiple deliverables and workstreams

Success Keys:

Work collaboratively with clients to plan for strategic transformation, direction and growth of event, audience, and message; annually consolidating multiple events and incorporating new acquisitions into a new program. Work with a creative firm on incorporating conference branding throughout the venue; tracking data and metrics; extremely high survey results on the overall experience; increased ROI through validated sales; successful long-term collaboration with client team at a strategic and tactical level; multi-vendor coordination.
