Nontraditional venue search (90-day window with fixed dates and geographic parameters), contract negotiation, registration, housing, food and beverage, operations and logistics, creative, off-property special event, supplier coordination and vendor management

Services Included:

Registration tool creation, housing management for multiple hotels, non-hotel venue execution, VIP support and transfer, all logistic elements. Outside vendor management for furniture, décor, auxiliary heat, and power.

Success Keys:

Create a unique environment within a semi-raw space that includes expansive interactive and technical requirements. Survey results yielded high ratings for overall attendee experience.
