End to end program management and design, session format (live stream, pre-recorded video, live stream plus recorded video), fireside chats, speaker management, icebreaker and leaderboard scoring, live Q & A, polling, virtual exhibitor hall and sponsor exposure, session feedback and surveys.
Project plan development and implementation, registration tool creation, mapping process to Salesforce, prepare playbook for speakers, recording process, attendee communications on using the platform, vendor management across multiple deliverables and workstreams. System to measure success and recommendations for enhancements for future events.
Work collaboratively with clients to design plans for attendee engagement and to seamlessly launch a virtual conference platform in which attendees can join and be engaged from any device. Collaborate with speakers making it easy for them to upload their videos, share articles or interact with attendees. Successfully define the audience target personas, share the event objectives with planning teams and establish the virtual event format. Researching the right tech tools and suppliers to deliver an engaging event experience for all attendees. Market the program through social media, email communications through sales and promotional marketing collateral.
